• In 1963 at the age of 19 Benny bought his first used truck and began hauling timber locally.

• In 1975, he bought two old trucks and started hauling freight.

• Six years later, he sold his old trucks and bought 2 brand new trucks and from then on, added a few trucks a year.

• By the mid 80’s he was running twenty trucks and everything started turning around.

Benny’s dream to own his own company had turned into reality. Today, the Whitehead family owned and operated business operates with 70 new Freightliners and 88 refrigerated Utility trailers and employs more than 200 people.
